Position Overview: 

We seek a passionate and skilled Mathematics Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to students aged 11-18. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics and the capability to teach across various key stages, preparing students for exam success. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement engaging and challenging mathematics lessons that stimulate curiosity and encourage independent thinking.
- Support students of all abilities to reach their full potential, offering personalized guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare students for external exams, including GCSEs and A-levels, ensuring they are fully equipped to excel.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous development of the mathematics curriculum.

Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Degree in Mathematics or a related discipline, with strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
- Experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level, with a proven track record of improving student attainment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating students of all abilities.
