Site Manager

My client is currently looking for a Site Manager on an existing MOD base. This is a large major project for a Tier 1 Contractor.

This project has a number of phases and and will include elements of refurbishment, re-roofing, recladding as well as demolition, groundworks and new build. It is a mixture of commercial and residential buildings, this project goes through to the back end of 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking care of Subcontractors
• Small programming works
• Quality Control
• Coordination meetings with subbies & trades
• Snagging
• Handover of different phases of work

You will be reporting into the Project Manager on site and working alongside several other Managers. This is a long term project.

Requirements:

• CSCS Black Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
