Application Support Analyst
Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: €49,210 - €58,868 p/a (Incremental scale)
Contract type: Initial 3 year contract prior to permanency
We are seeking to hire an experienced Application Support professional on behalf of our Dublin-based client. This position will involve providing technical support to internal users and external clients, liaising with third party providers and supporting the delivery and design of a Microsoft 365 environment.
Duties:
- Providing application support internally across the business
- Managing the development and promotion of ICT policies and procedures
- Supporting the design and delivery of a Microsoft 365 environment, managing third party activities in doing so
- Troubleshooting Office 365 issues
Requirements:
- Strong experience in supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Office 365, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint etc
- Understanding of network terminology, topology, TCP/IP model
- Experience of supporting enterprise applications
- It's beneficial to have experience with PowerShell scripting, Power Platform, Power Apps and O365 Security & Compliance
