The ideal candidate:

• Create and deliver well-structured and engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives for Year 3 students.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Monitor and assess students' progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to encourage growth and improvement.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning and encourages creativity.

Qualifications required:

ü  QTS or Prior experience teaching Year 3 or similar age group is preferred.

ü  Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.

ü  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.

ü  Passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of students.
