Team Manager: Safeguarding

Rate: Up to £48 per hour 

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to join a Child Protection team in Exeter. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of exceptional social care services to vulnerable children and young people in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and support to the Child Protection team.
• Oversee safeguarding and court work, ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously.
• Implement and promote our restorative practice approach, focusing on building, maintaining, and repairing relationships with children and families.
• Commit to being on-site at County Hall, Exeter, for at least three days a week.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Manager in Safeguarding and court work.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead, support, and develop a dedicated team of professionals.
• SWE registration
