As an experienced Delivery Manager (12 months FTC), you will be right at the heart of delivering an exceptional experience to our financial services client’s customers. Working alongside your Transformation & Technology team colleagues to deliver intuitive projects that meet our clients’ needs.  

                             

Purpose of Job:

As a Delivery Manager, your role would be to support the successful delivery of business and technology strategy across the organization by managing multiple concurrent projects.

You'll need to ensure that all changes are effectively adopted, and platform managers are supported through adherence to the project lifecycle of either waterfall or agile delivery.

It would also be your responsibility to support the project reporting and governance process by reporting in via the transformation manager and PMO.

Additionally, you'll have to manage actions, risks, and issues, along with the project financials, and ensure that solutions holistically cover the changes required across systems, people, and processes.

Your focus will be on moving projects forward promptly and managing them with robust governance.

What you will bring to the role:

  • A practical, well-organized individual with a focus on delivering results.

  • Have experience in delivering both business and IT changes.

  • Have successfully delivered complex projects with multiple high-impact workstreams.

  • Can apply change management skills to ensure effective project governance and delivery.

  • Have experience managing projects using both Waterfall and Agile methods.

  • Have a proven ability to communicate with and influence senior stakeholders, facilitating efficient decision-making on projects.

  • Have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with teams across the business and with other disciplines involved in delivering change.

  • Have a strong sense of reasoning and adaptability to solve problems and improve ways of working.

Necessary experience or qualifications:

· A change management qualification (e.g. APM, PRINCE2 etc.)

· Experience of delivering multiple high profile and complex changes that have a technical and a business impact.

· Supplier management experience

Location:                             London

Hours:                                 9:00am – 5:00pm (Hybrid)

Duration:                             12 months FTC

Salary:                                 £80-£110k total package
