As the Product Technical Trainer, you will be working within one of the best known and admired brands in the world.
Inside IR35 contract
You will be based in the Training Academy and play a major role in supporting the training and service content creation and delivery to 17 subsidiaries - the product training will include home appliances such as TVs, monitors, printers, refrigerators and washing machines, as well as key mobile telecommunications products like smart phones and tablets.
Key Competencies & Characteristics
- Previous hands-on training or technical support experience.
- Technical expertise and familiarity with one of the product groups like mobile phones, TVs, home appliances, or IoT, is preferred.
