Are you passionate about supporting women affected by domestic abuse? Join a highly respected charity and make a difference.
You will need to provide emotional and practical support to women taking thorough and accurate notes. You will advocate for clients and maintain confidential records, assisting with housing and HSG needs. You will be required to participate in an on-call rota, approx. 2 shifts a month.
Requirements:
- Understanding of domestic abuse, housing, and violence against women.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent listening and empathetic abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
