Support Technician | Desktop Support | Windows, HP Kit, Mobile phones, MS Outlook, Office 16:
Must be able to obtain SC Clearance | Must have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years
Key Information:
- Duration: 3 months - very highly likely extensions.
- Pay: £135p/d - £145p/d Inside
- Location: On site In Edinburgh
- Start Date: On or before the 1st of July
- Circa 7.5 working hours per day
The Key Requirements:
- Desktop Support to users on site
- Provide remote support to users in other offices
- Supporting HP kit, docking stations, keyboards, mice
- Samsung phones & iPhone.
- Windows 10/11 environment
- MS Outlook & Office 2016
- Software Installation & some App support that comes with it.
Desirable:
- Video conferencing & telephony support
