About Us:

We are an education recruitment agency dedicated to providing exceptional support to schools and educational institutions. Currently, we are seeking passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our supply pool of Teaching Assistants to work in Primary and Secondary schools in Norwich and surrounding areas. 

Role Overview:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to help support children in the classroom with their lessons. You will play a vital role in the student's educational journey, providing tailored assistance to facilitate their learning and development.

Responsibilities:

- Helping pupils with their learning, often with a particular focus on maths, reading and writing.

- Supervising group activities

- Setting up equipment for lessons and keeping classrooms safe and tidy

- Helping develop programmes of learning activities and adapting appropriate materials
 

Requirements:

- Ability to follow lesson plans and adapt strategies as needed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students.

- Relevant qualifications and certifications are desirable but not essential.
