Electrician - Sussex - Social Housing EICR and repairs

We are looking for 3 Electricians in Sussex. This is permanent work for PAYE or Self employed.
1st phase is 3 months then subject to review to join the company.
This position is offered as Permanent PAYE or Self-Employed Electricians .

About the Job.
Our client has long-running Social Housing contracts in Sussex, Dorset, Cornwall that we require additional electricians to work on. You will be fully supported by our contract team to ensure your day-to-day work runs smoothly.
The first 3 that are required are to assist the Sussex area only.
This involves EICR Testing and all manner of electrical repairs, and electrical upgrades work to our client’s sites and properties. For example, but not limited to:-
- EICR testing and Certification of electrical works on PDA.
- Day to Day electrical repair, Fuse Board replacement & maintenance work to properties.
- Electrical Upgrades Voids, rewiring, fit-outs
- Replacing Smoke and CO alarms
- Upgrading of communal area lighting to new LED fittings.
- Electrical Upgrades Voids, rewiring, fit-outs

Requirements: –
Ideally, you will have worked on social housing or similar domestic property maintenance contracts. Experience in testing is essential as you will be carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reporting EICR as well as testing new installations.
- Level 3/ AM2
- Full Driving License
- ECS card
Preferred:-
- 2391 or 2392 or 2394 or 2395 testing qualifications
- Experience in electrical testing
- Experience with reporting software
