Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover
Located: Northampton/Hybrid

What you will be doing

  • To coordinate project plans aligned to BPS wins to ensure all elements of the scope of works are implemented in line with the agreed SLA’s.
  • To proactively manage the RGC installation process from oracle to invoice to ensure the process is carried efficiently and efficiently.
  • To be responsible for coordinating training requirements in line with Statement of works and customer satisfaction to ensure the customers workflow and application needs are delivered.
  • To proactively monitor stock levels to ensure flexibility of being able to deliver products in line with customer requirements.
  • To be responsible for supporting the Business Process and Operations Manager on improving processes and reporting of management information to meet business critical requirements.
  • To work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, building positive working relationships to ensure customer needs are met and internal governance is completed.
  • To be responsible for being the first point of contact for customer queries and help to resolve these effectively and efficiently whilst ensuring queries are escalated where appropriate to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • To provide support and cover for the continuous forms business group where operationally required.
