We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fire Door Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of fire doors in a variety of settings. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install fire doors in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing fire doors.
- Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically with fire door installation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards.
- Own a reliable van and be willing to use it for work purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
