Finance Manager
Temporary to Permanent 
Leeds (Hybrid working - 2 days in the office p/week) 
Salary: £50,000 per annum - £55,000 per annum

Elevation Recruitment Group’s Qualified Interim Finance Division are pleased to be working with a growing PE backed organisation based in Leeds to recruit a Finance Manager on a temporary to permanent basis. 

We are looking for a Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA) who is looking to step in to a business where they can operate as part of a Group function and manage a small team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the day to day support of the Management Accountants, ensuring deadlines are met
• Annual budgeting & forecasting in accordance with strategy & business plans
• Support operational team during monthly revenue recognition process
• Ensuring variance between budgets, forecasts and actual results are understood, clearly explained and necessary actions are implemented
• Prepare and consolidate full monthly management accounts for several entities as part of the Group
• OPEX review and analysis 
• VAT returns 
• Payroll Reporting 
• Managing intercompany cash flow and reconciliations

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

• A Qualified Finance Manager / Senior Management Accountant (ACA / CIMA /ACCA) with minimum of 2 years working as part of a large Group organisation
• Must have experience managing a team
• Must be available to start on short notice 
• Experience within an acquisitive business and a keen eye for process improvement would be desirable
