Randstad Enterprise, a global provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Services Provider (MSP) solutions, is currently offering a highly desirable opportunity for a Data Administrator on a 7-month contract.

Overview

To consistently maintain and distribute KPI data on a daily, weekly and periodic basis. 

Support Data Analyst in developing data retrieval, breakdown and integration into Power Query/Power BI to guide and support Senior Management insights and decisions. 

To assist with the coordination of audits and assessments and to ensure all relevant paperwork is correctly digitally stored in SAP. 

To own weekly Schedule Work for Maintenance and ensure all relevant reporting is up to date and distributed. 

Drive SAP understanding, cleansing and Work Order realignment to support site goals

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for maintaining daily, weekly and periodic KPI data

  • Updating Power Bi reporting – understanding SAP/Excel feeds in PBI

  • Electronic distribution KPI/Power BI reports

  • Maintain Power BI access – add, remove and change rights as necessary

  • Updating and distributing maintenance schedules in the production areas

  • Updating Planning Maintenance data and discussing at morning Planning meetings

  • Assisting with Kitting as required

  • Printing distributing and electronically storing Operational scheduled work orders

  • Save retrieve and provide records to internal and external audits as required

Experience/Skills:

  • Demonstrable Excel and MS Office skills

  • Strong overall numerical and analytical skills

  • Experience using SAP-advantageous

  • Experience using Power BI/Power Query-advantageous

  • Methodical with excellent attention to detail and process

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills

  • Great time management and prioritisation skills
