Salary: £85 - £100 per day

GSL Education Watford is excited to support a fantastic school in Reading looking for a dedicated Inclusion Assistant. As an Inclusion Assistant, you will:

• Support students with diverse needs to ensure they feel included and valued in the classroom.
• Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for students with special educational needs (SEN).
• Foster a positive and encouraging environment that promotes students' social and academic growth.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Help manage classroom behavior and provide one-on-one support as needed.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external professionals to support each student's unique needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, especially those with SEN, is highly desirable.
• A compassionate and patient approach, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through GSL Education.

You must be in possession of an enhanced child only DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
