Pay Rate: £18 Umbrella P/H
Job Type: Full Time Contract
The Role
- Family Hub Connectors will support families to access the support and services they need.
- Family Hub Connectors will support parents to access early years services, address barriers to engagement, and implement action plans to increase engagement with new families.
- Family Hub Connectors will support early years services to be inclusive and enable parents, carers, and families to be involved in decision-making which influences service design and delivery, including developing high-quality volunteering opportunities.
The Candidate
- Signpost families to resources and tools that help parents make positive choices for themselves and their children.
- Co-produce initiatives with the community to influence how services are engaged.
- Be a key member of the Family Hub approach; work directly with families, professionals, and partners to empower them and build thriving communities.
