The Job:

• Planning lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Manage classroom behaviour positively and adhere to school policies
• Uphold school safeguarding procedures
• Deliver outstanding teaching and learning and therefore help students achieve excellent academic results and increase attainment levels
• Encourage an engaging and positive learning environment 
• Provide opportunities for recaps as well as stretch and challenge tasks
• Track data consistently to ensure progress is made

Ideally you will be:

• A Newly Qualified Teacher or hold Full QTS (Primary)
• Open to learning, and the development of your primary teaching skills and supporting other colleagues in their development
• Caring and ethical in approach
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
