• Collaboration: Collaborate with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

• IEPs (Individual Education Plans): Contribute to the development and implementation of personalised education plans.
• Behaviour Management: Foster positive behavior and promote a respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Curriculum Adaptation: Modify curriculum materials to meet individual student needs.
