Key Stage 2 Teacher to teach a pupil on a 1-2-1 basis the pupil has a multiple of SEND needs.

We are a reputable supply agency working with an Alternative Provision within Blackpool, committed to providing tailored education to every child. Currently, we're seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to work one-on-one with a SEND child, starting ASAP until the end of June 2024.

Position: Key Stage 2 Teacher (1-2-1 SEND Support)

Location: Alternative Provision within Blackpool

Duration: ASAP until the end of June 2024

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised educational support to a Key Stage 2 student with SEND needs.
• Create engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to the individual's learning requirements.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment to promote academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to ensure holistic development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in Key Stage 2 education.
• Specialisations or experience in supporting children with SEND needs is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to education.
