Brook Street are working with our client to source an experienced Telephony Operator

Our client is looking for an experienced Telephony Operator to join their team based in Ballymena.

In this role your duties would include
-Answering telephone calls and providing advice as first point of contact
-General customer service duties
-Inputting data, maintain records and reporting systems.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year experience in a similar role with strong telephony skills, along with IT/Microsoft office proficiency

5 GCSE grades A-C
An AccesNI check will be required.

In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £11.59 on a weekly basis, along with 34 days Annual leave including 12 bank holidays.
