To undertake the following tasks:
· Reactive (Day to Day) Maintenance – issuing of orders and approval of post measures work against National Schedule of Rates
· Building condition surveys – commercial type buildings such as Schools/HFE’s/ Offices /Industrial Units
· Small works- pre project survey/design/pre tender cost estimate of multi discipline work/preparation of tender documents/contract administration
The individual would be part of a multi discipline team delivering:
• Reactive maintenance and post measured invoice checking/approval/disputes
• In going schedules of condition
• Building condition surveys
• Schedules of delays
• Small project design and specification
• Preparation of schedules of work
• Contract management
• Site checking of work quality
