Freelance Senior Design Manager

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with highly experienced Design Managers.
Our client, a specialist design consultancy who support tier 1 & 2 contractors across the South of the UK have been in business over 8 years now and have assisted in the delivery of a huge range of construction projects from £1m to £500m. They are usually engaged by big contractors on complex schemes.
The project is a £400m phased industrial scheme near Western Super Mare, south of Bristol. They require a highly competent Design Manager on a freelance basis to support this tier 1 contractor for the next 12 months +
They are offered an excellent day rate and long term works. This opportunity will also be outside of IR35 for those seeking LTD company consultancy works.
Ideally the right candidate will come from a strong architectural background, having delivered all key design management elements on previous schemes over £50m.
A previous history with big contractors is desirable however not essential.
