GSL Education is looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team in Tower Hamlets. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to support the educational and personal development of students with SEND.
Location: Tower Hamlets, London
Position Type: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-Term Contract, 5 days a week
About the Role:
- Provide individual support to students with special educational needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to foster an inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience with special educational needs is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassion, patience, and a commitment to inclusion.
