Options has been tasked with recruiting a Site Manager to run a 10 week office fit out in Derby. The project starts in the last week of June and the successful Manager will require : SMSTS, 1stAid, CSCS and experience delivering fast track office fit outs and refurbishments. There will be a requirement to help out on site as needs be so a trades background would be beneficial but not a prerequisite.
As the Manager on site you will be responsible for managing all sub contractors, inducting all workers, maintaining program of works and ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard.
