Specific Responsibilities/Tasks
- End to end project coordination to capture key information, monitoring progress of designs, construction phases and completions to ensure compliance is maintained
- Administration for PQQ/ITT’s
- Build strong relationships with operational departments, demonstrating reliability in delivering tasks to the deadlines agreed whilst being the main point of contact for clients and external customers
- Requesting designs and management through to approval, understanding and adapting to different processes client requirements.
- Programming on and offsite works as led by client programmes to include point of connections for Gas, Water and Electric networks by submitting applications for essential services such as FM144, RO/NRO, Back-to-back connections)
- Administration of Multi Utilities and Major Projects to include meeting minutes, design management, compiling H&S files and supporting Operational Teams and Managers with organisation of NRSWA (liaise with Group Streetworks Team), TM and Production Packs.
- Regularly updating our internal systems and monitoring progress of projects
- Attending regular scheduled team meetings for daily progress, weekly planning and performance management.
- General administrative duties in line with a role of this nature
Qualifications & Training
- GCSE 4 in English and Maths and administrative or technical certifications are desirable.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Multi Utility environment essential.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A good eye for detail
- The ability to work and contribute as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management
