Assistant Facilities Manager

Rate negotiable dependent on experience

6 month fixed term contract

Coventry

Remote with occasional travel to site

Sellick Partnership are currently supporting the recruitment of an Assistant Facilities Manager on a 6 month fixed term basis to support a mobilisation of new clinic spaces.

Duties of the Assistant Facilities Manager will include, but is not limited to:

  • Running mobilisations of new office fit outs / health care fit outs
  • Assisting the management of reactive maintenance works
  • Sourcing appropriate property
  • Facilities administration and coordination
  • Liaising with a variety of stakeholders such as contractors, solicitors, landlords, agents, and surveyors

The successful Assistant Facilities Manager will include, but is not limited to:

  • Experience of dealing with a variety of stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector
