This is an exciting opportunity for a regulatory reporting specialist to join a business in Leeds at an exciting time in their growth journey.

The Regulatory Reporting Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with UK regulatory prudential reporting requirements and international regulatory prudential reporting obligations.  The role is available for an immediate start.

• The preparation of regulatory returns to allow the delivery of UK regulatory prudential reporting. This includes oversight of capital adequacy requirements and obligations and the submission of regulatory returns in accordance with FCA guidelines and deadlines.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate forecasting of compliance with all UK prudential requirements.
• Developing and documenting the internal capital and risk assessment process
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk management, compliance and legal, to gather necessary data and information for regulatory reporting purposes.

To be successful in this role you will be experienced in FCA regulatory reporting within the financial services industry and have a knowledge of UK prudential regulations.  You’ll also be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
