The Role

As a teaching assistant, you'll play a key role in creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where all students feel valued and supported to reach their full potential. Day-to-day, you'll:

• Provide tailored one-to-one and small-group support to meet student's unique needs
• Bring learning to life through engaging activities and materials
• Work closely with teachers and the SEND team to develop personalized plans
• Track students' progress and maintain open communication with parents
• Foster a positive, caring atmosphere that celebrates diversity

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Is passionate about education and helping every child thrive
• Has a gift for building rapport through excellent communication skills
• Shows endless patience, empathy and the ability to think on their feet
• Naturally nurturing yet firm, creating structure while allowing creativity
• Has experience supporting children's development
• Has a relvant qualification in education (though not necessary)
