About
In this role, you will:
- Take charge of a designated group of learners, providing top-notch training, coaching, mentoring, and assessment for timely qualification completion.
- Act as the main point of contact for employers and learners, fostering positive relationships to support learner development and progress tracking.
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and create personalized learning plans to guide learners effectively.
- Write up the observations, plan for visits using the online portfolio system and set work for learners to complete and hand in for marking.
- Design and deliver high-quality training programs, combining classroom and on-the-job instruction for comprehensive skill development.
- Collaborate with employers to create activities promoting learner growth on and off the job.
- Continuously assess learner progress, adhering to college values and awarding body standards for best practices.
What would the perfect applicant look like?
- Hold a minimum of Level 3 in Plumbing and domestic heating qualification (or equivalent)
- Must be gas safe registered
- Hold at least 2 years registration information
- Must have Assessors qualification
- Passion for training and development
- Passed your GCSE in Maths and English
