Role - Facilities Coordinator
Location- London (On site 5 days per week in Westminster)
Salary- £34,000 (pro rata)
Your role as a Facilities Coordinator:
You will report into Head of Facilities Management and support with all coordination and administrative tasks.
You will be responsible for managing the helpdesk ticket system and ensuring safe building operations.
Your duties and responsibilities as a Facilities Coordinator:
- To provide support on the reactive maintenance help desk for clients/contractors.
- Support Head of FM with any other relevant administration tasks
- Manage subcontractors
- Support front of house in welcoming clients/customers on site
- Support in any quotes/tenders
- Support in FM reporting
Please note, this is a new role due to workload so other tasks may be required.
To be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Strong administration skills
- Understanding of Facilities and maintenance functions
- Ability to commute to Westminster Monday to Friday.
