We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead the construction of a cutting-edge industrial steel frame shed. This is a long-term freelance position (50 weeks) with exciting opportunities for growth and collaboration.

• Project Leadership: Take charge of the entire construction process, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Steel Frame Expertise: Oversee the installation of the steel frame structure, including foundation work, steel erection, and cladding.
• Health and Safety: Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship to ensure top-notch quality throughout the project.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Implement effective supply chain strategies and manage deliveries.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate the site team, including subcontractors and skilled tradespeople.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.

• Previous Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Manager, specifically with industrial steel frame projects.
• Certifications: Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certifications are essential.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with steel frame construction techniques and best practices.
