The Role:As an Unqualified Teacher, you will play a vital role in our schools, delivering lessons and supporting students' learning. You will work closely with qualified teachers and school staff to ensure that all students receive the support and encouragement they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects
- Support the planning and implementation of the curriculum
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support where needed
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
- Passion for teaching and education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Competitive daily rate of £100 - £230 per day, depending on experience
