Mclaren Resourcing are pleased to be with a fantastci client who are looking to strengthen their existing commercial team as part of their contract in partnership with Manchester City Council.
We are looking for a range a commercial staff at differing stages/levels in their career from assistant QS up to Senior QS. Key points are:
- Office based in Greater Manchester (Postcode OL9)
- Has a main contractor background
- Has social housing experience (decent homes, r&m, voids, compliance, planned works etc)
- Ideally educated to degree level or working towards degree level

surveying in construction: 3 years (required)
- Social Housing Projects: 3 years (required)
Junior QS £170-190 Per day inside IR35
Assistant QS £200-250 per day Inside IR35
QS- £260-300 per day Inside IR35
Senior QS- £350-400 per day Inside IR35
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £180.00-£400.00 per day
Weekly pay.
