GSL Education are recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a thriving school community in Slough. As a Business Studies Teacher, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that introduce students to the dynamic world of business, economics, and enterprise. From exploring key concepts such as marketing, finance, and human resources to developing practical skills in budgeting, business planning, and strategic decision-making, you'll help students develop a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of modern business management.

Successful Business Studies Teacher must be able to:
- Plan and deliver dynamic and interactive business lessons that stimulate curiosity, critical thinking, and real-world application among students.
- Introduce students to a wide range of business concepts, theories, and case studies, drawing on current events, industry trends, and real-life examples to enrich their learning experience.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore new ideas, and collaborate with their peers on practical projects and assignments.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources, including multimedia presentations, group discussions, and hands-on activities, to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development, helping them set goals, overcome challenges, and achieve their full potential.

The interested Business Studies Teacher must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching business studies at the secondary level, with a passion for inspiring students to pursue careers in business, finance, and entrepreneurship.
- Strong subject knowledge and expertise in key business concepts, principles, and theories, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and accessible manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds and academic abilities.
- A commitment to promoting enterprise, innovation, and ethical leadership, and to fostering a school culture that celebrates creativity, ambition, and collaboration.
