Contract: Permanent
Location: Boston
Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum + TLR
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Science teacher to lead the Science faculty in a reputed school in Boston. This permanent position offers 32.5 hours per week with a salary of £30,000 - £46,525 per annum plus a TLR.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Science faculty, ensuring the delivery of high-quality science education.
- Develop and implement the science curriculum in line with national standards and school objectives.
- Mentor and support science teachers to enhance their teaching practice and professional development.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the science department.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in science education.
- Proven experience in leadership and management within a science department.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
