SENCO Director of Diversity and Inclusion
Contract: Permanent
Location: Boston
Pay Rate: £52,073 - £57,413 per annum
Join our dynamic team at GSL Education Lincolnshire as the SENCO Director of Diversity and Inclusion in Boston. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £52,073 - £57,413 per annum.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the SENCO department, ensuring the provision of high-quality support for students with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion across the school community.
- Collaborate with staff, students, and external agencies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on SENCO-related matters and diversity initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SENCO leadership.
- Must have SENCO qualification.
- Strong understanding of diversity, inclusion, and equality principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
