Business Support Administrator

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Business Support Officer to join their Children’s Services Department on an initial 3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties:
- Arranging meetings, sending invites and taking accurate minutes
- Preparing and inputting into agendas and associated papers
- Updating electronic records with social care data
- Supporting with the recruitment process in the team including DBS checks and reference requests
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting Social Workers across Wirral with general admin work
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in an Administrative role, ideally within Social Services or similar
- Knowledge of data protection and working with sensitive information
- Excellent IT and communication skills
