They are a leading commercial catering equipment servicing and maintenance company providing reactive maintenance and planned preventative contracts to businesses in and around London and the Home Counties. Our small but mighty team has worked with large brands that include Old Mutual, National Theatre, Atul Kutcher Restaurants, SKY, Hoares Bank, M&S Café’s and many more.

Role Description:

As Operations Manager, you’ll be leading the charge for the business, ensuring profitability, scouting out new service contract opportunities as well as working alongside the Service Manager to successfully manage and implement the existing contracts in place.

You’ll work alongside the outgoing Service Director (planned retirement within 1-2 years) to lead the existing team of Engineers to ensure effective and efficient operation. Field engineering work will only be required when strictly necessary to assist more junior members of the team.

Alongside the Service Manager you’ll work to ensure customer satisfaction and quality is maintained and ever improving. Swiftly working to resolve any issues, acting appropriately to ensure client confidence is maintained.

Work schedule of 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with on-site parking available and the offices are within a 5 minute walk of the Waddon Marsh tram stop.
