Location – RG27 - Hook
Salary - £40,000 - £70,000 plus car/ car allowance, pension & healthcare
Are you a meticulous Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor with a passion for precision and a background in demolition, remediation, earthworks, and civils? My client is seeking an experienced individual to join their team at their office-based location in RG27. As leaders in the field, they specialise in transforming landscapes and shaping communities through our diverse range of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise your expertise to accurately assess project requirements, costs, and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with our project management and engineering teams to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, site conditions, and materials to ensure precise cost projections.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance our estimation processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in estimation or quantity surveying within the demolition, remediation, earthworks, and civils sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
