PSR Solutions is working with a civil engineering contractor, to recruit a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor. The project is on a large scale civil engineering scheme
Duties Include:
- Work autonomously. With no supervision
- Procurement of sub-contract packages.
- Agreement of the valuation of variations
- Pricing Compensation Events
- Checking of contractors interim and final account applications and preparation of associated payments
- Effective communication with the project team
- NEC3 form of contract knowledge
Rate:
- Limited company contract status available. Outside of IR35 indication. Subject to assessment
