Pay: Day Rate (Paid Weekly)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead a 26-week project in central Lancaster. This diverse project involves fit-out, refurbishment, and the fitting of new fire doors across various buildings and amenities, including student accommodation require a site manager for a 26 week project

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of up to 15 trades and labour staff as site manager
• Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers as site manager
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues promptly as site manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fit-out, refurbishment, and fire door installation is essential
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Asbestos Awareness Certification
• Fire Warden Certification
• Black CSCS Card
