Are you a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting students with autism? Join one of our partnered schools in Newham for a full-time role, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm. Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working with students with autism and other SEN needs
- Strong knowledge and understanding of SEN practices, particularly in the context of autism
- Commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments for all students

Daily Duties:
- Provide individualized support to students with autism, helping them access the curriculum and participate in classroom activities
- Collaborate with teachers and external professionals to implement and monitor individual education plans for SEN students
- Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that promotes the social and academic development of all students
- Support students in developing their communication, social, and emotional skills through tailored interventions and activities
- Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise in SEN education
