Freelance Quantity Surveyor

We are working with a well-established regional contracting business who turn over circa £30m per annum. Having built enviable reputations with a number of public sector clients the majority of their works are secured via frameworks or direct negotiations. They've asked us to source an experienced Freelance QS to assist with projects from a few hundred thousand to £2m in value. The majority of these schemes are within the Education & Health markets.
Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Requirements/Reasons to apply:
- We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor holding working experience with JCT contracts
- It'll be helpful if you've worked within a similar environment managing a number of smaller projects
- You'll be joining a well-established business with a solid supply chain and a strong pipeline of works
- This will be a long-term position offering stability and longevity
