As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing targeted support to students, both in and out of the classroom. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, supporting individual students with their learning needs, and helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This role is perfect for graduates who are considering a career in education and want to gain valuable experience in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students' learning and development in various subject areas.
• Assist teachers in the preparation and delivery of engaging lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students with specific learning needs.
• Help to maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to monitor and report on student progress.

The ideal Graduate Learning Support Assistant will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
