Job Title: Class 1 Driver - AM Shift
 
CLASS 1 DRIVERS required for IMMEDIATE starts.
You will be working for a DHL Retail Distribution Site based in Wellingborough.

We are recruiting for the below positions:
Monday to Friday 
start times between 0400 & 0800
Paying £16.52 per hour
Saturday £18.52
Sunday £19.52

Key Responsibilities:
1. Safely and efficiently operate Class 1 vehicles for local or regional deliveries.
2. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's roadworthiness.
3. Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and regulations.
4. Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated locations.
5. Collaborate with warehouse staff for loading and unloading activities.
6. Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of deliveries.
7. Communicate effectively with the transportation team and report any issues or delays.
 
Requirements:
1. Valid Class 1 driving licenses.
2. Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Class 1 Driver.
3. A clean driving record with no major violations.
4. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work early morning shifts and occasional weekends.
7. Physical fitness for loading and unloading tasks.
