Belmont Recruitment are currently looking to speak to Registered Mental Health Nurses for a number of Band 7 roles within Warwickshire.

This role is as a Team Leader within a CAMHS service.

This role is a 12 Month Rolling Contract.

Within this role you will:

Be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the identified team, including patient, team activity, performance, quality and staffing matters. 

Contribute to the delivery of the transformational change programme for the Child and Family Services business unit, particularly through the development of a more integrated, multi-professional workforce;

Support the delivery of child & family focused services, against agreed performance and quality targets and within budget, whilst delivering agreed cost improvements.

Management of staff;

Contribute to effective partnership working with key external services, such as social care, the acute sector  and key third sector organisations, to enable the delivery of shared outcomes;

Working Hours for this role are 5 days per week working 9-5.

Rate for this role is £29.78PH.

The applicant must be a Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse.
