Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Swindon + Surrounding areas.
Rate: £320 a day CIS
Duration : 6 months + potential extension
My client s a leading provider of engineering solutions, dedicated to delivering excellence in every project we undertake. We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor with water experience to join the team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.
Responsibilities:
·Establish client requirements and oversee the implementation of engineering design solutions.
·Collaborate with the Supply Chain to support contractor delivery and commissioning processes.
·Apply technical judgement and resourcefulness during the construction phase of projects.
·Provide guidance and support to contractors within the electrical discipline, ensuring compliance with company standards in health & safety, environmental, and quality.
·Coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and the supply chain, to achieve project outcomes.
·Organise shut down methodologies in a timely manner as agreed upon.
·Support the implementation and monitoring of Business Assurance Systems (BAS) policies and procedures.
Requirements:
·Minimum City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 qualification.
·Fully qualified electrician with an ECS (JIB) Gold Card.
·Proficient in computer web-based portals.
·Experience supervising electrical installations on capital projects, with a minimum 4-day qualification in safety (such as IOSH, SSSTS, or SMSTS).
·CSCS or CPCS Card.
·Water experience
