BILLING ADVISOR
Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Billing Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Reading.
ROLE: Billing Advisor
SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum (PAYE)
JOB TYPE: 4 months with extension likely
LOCATION: Reading (RH1)
HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working - currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position.
THE ROLE:
- To manage customer billing workflow.
- Creating, sending, and tracking invoices.
- Managed data entry, ensuring accuracy of data, and maintained customer accounts.
- Processed payments accurately and promptly and reconciled accounts receivable records.
- Answering customer emails and the occasional customer telephone call.
