Business Analyst (IT)

Retail experience essential

Day rate dependant on experience

Remote with some travel to South Holland (must be based in the Netherlands)

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

● Process Discovery - Ensure that the programme has a sufficient understanding of the businesses as-is processes and requirements, to effectively design the future state solution

● Process Improvement - Work across the business to improve end to end business processes that support business requirements.

● Process Documentation: - Engage across the business to ensure business processes are documented in line with agreed methodology and governance for Process Design

● Benefits and Process Management - Support delivery of the Benefits Measurement and Realisation through projects. Identify as part of Process design the Measures of Success for a Process

● Stakeholder Management - Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders that support collaborative ways of working, encouraging positive interaction between all parties. Build a network of experts across the business. Become a trusted advisor on Process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Business Process / Continuous Improvement background
• Operational / project experience
• 3PL Integration Experience
• Lean Six Sigma (Green belt) or equivalent
• Process Mapping / Modelling tools (e.g. Signaciom Visio, Lucidchart)
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to champion process and continuous improvement in an unstructured business environment.
• Ability to demonstrate good initiative and sound decision making. Joining the dots across multiple dimensions to spot improvement opportunities
• Able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Able to multitask and manage a varied workload.
